LOTD: Fact or Quote!

Today my quote comes from the lovely ladies Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up (if you've never heard of them before, I highly recommend that you look them up! They are health/fitness gurus who are GORGEOUS on the inside and out!)...
"Every day is an opportunity to be happy. To love someone. To make another person's day and to be better than the day before."
I love this. So much. It really rings true of what I think is incredibly important; to live life to the utmost fullest! Life is what we make it, and we can choose which path we go down. We can choose to be happy! We can choose to brighten up other people's days, years or lives if we really want to :) And, equally as important, live with no regrets. It's all about moving forward, growing as a person, and making the most out of life!
