Matrix Total Results Repair Break Fix Leave-In Elixir Review!
20:46
I have recently found myself in possession of Matrix's Total Results Repair Break Fix Leave-In Elixir after my mum picked it up for me (phew, what a title, huh?).
I had never heard of the brand before and neither had my mum, but it was recommended to her by a lady working at a hair product store. Having my hair just stripped of it's natural colour from about my ears down, I was definitely looking for something to give my hair a bit of oomph and life.
The product promises to "repair damage and prevent breakage" as well as "resurface brittle strands" and "recharge healthy shine".
At first, I didn't think this product was working at all. However, each time I have used it I've noticed my hair gradually getting better and better! It took about 2 uses before I could see any results.
Not only has it helped with my split ends, but the ends of my hair feel so much softer and it leaves a nice natural shine. It's even helped with the styling process, as the ends of my hair aren't as frizzy and unruly. I can't wait to keep using this to see how my hair ends up!
The formulation is relatively thin in consistency, but it's non-sticky which is great, leaving massaging it into your hair an easy ordeal. It's non-greasy and smells divine; it's a non-overpowering light fresh fruity scent that I love!
The only downsides I'd have to say for this is that you do need quite a bit of product, so you'll go through the bottle rather quickly. You also have to be a bit patient before you start seeing the results, as personally it wasn't an overnight wonder. But, at around $14.00 for a 195ml bottle, you can't go too wrong!
Got dry, brittle ends? Give this a shot!
You can find it online on various platforms, but here's a link to where you can find it on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Matrix-Results-Repair-Leave-In-Elixir/dp/B007Z1YEJK
Happy Thursday! :)
